01 SFG (General Functional Specifications)
After receiving the requirements and / or the order form from the client, DKSOFT will summarize these requirements in SFG and send it to the client including web references to give an idea of the direction so that both parties are on the same wavelength in terms of style. This document is sent in 2 copies and must be signed by both parties.

02 Conception, Design and development
Once the client is satisfied with the direction of the project and has signed the SFG, DKSOFT would then begin to design a concept based on these references and in some cases produce the visual identity.
Once the conception and design were approved by the customer, DKSOFT would then begin to create the solution. -
03 Final test and delivering
All that remains is to carry out the final test of the solution and deliver it to the customer.
